Responsibilities: • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks • Troubleshoot system and network problems • Diagnose hardware/software faults and solve technical and applications problems • Install and configure computer systems, networks, and software • Provide technical support to users • Maintain records of repairs and maintenance Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • Knowledge of computer systems and networks • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Skills: • Experience with network security systems • Familiarity with network protocols • Knowledge of computer hardware components and peripherals • Experience with operating systems and software applications • Experience with system administration and maintenance
